MaxPower Risk Management – Installation Guide (MetaTrader 5)

Follow this tutorial to properly install and activate MaxPower Risk Management inside MetaTrader 5.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Download the MaxPower Risk Management application.
   Click here to download MaxPower.
2. Open MetaTrader 5 → click on File → Open Data Folder.
   This is where all MT5 system folders are located.
3. Go to the folder: MQL5 → Experts.
   Copy the MaxPower.ex5 file inside the Experts folder.
4. Return to MetaTrader 5 and refresh the Expert Advisors list.
   Right-click on Expert Advisors in the Navigator panel → Refresh.
5. Enable Algo Trading.
   Make sure the “Algo Trading” button at the top of MT5 is turned ON (green).
6. Drag & Drop MaxPower onto your chart.
   In the settings window, enable:
   – Allow DLL Imports
   – Allow Algo Trading
7. If you see an alert requesting WebRequest permissions:
   Copy the link shown in the alert.
8. Go to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors.
   Enable:
   – Allow DLL imports
   – Allow WebRequests for listed URLs
   Then click Add and paste the link from the alert.
9. Log in to MaxPower inside MT5.
   Use the same email and password you use on the MaxPower website.
   The login is saved, so you will not have to log in again.
10. Show all symbols in MT5.
    Right-click inside the Market Watch → Show All.
    This allows MaxPower to work with all currency pairs.
11. You can now open your first trade using MaxPower!
    Set Entry, Stop Loss, Take Profit → click Buy or Sell.
12. The application is now fully functional.
