1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MaxPower Risk Management platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Our Services

MaxPower Risk Management provides a web-based platform for risk management automation and analytics for forex traders. The Service includes a free 7-day trial and a paid subscription (€29.99/month) providing full access.

3. Accounts and Access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized or illegal activity.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your license will auto-renew unless you disable auto-renew in your dashboard or cancel before the renewal date.

You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for subscription fees. We do not store your full card details.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Because the Service provides immediate digital access, no partial or prorated refunds are offered.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
Attempt to access or modify systems without authorization.
Share your license, credentials, or account with others.
Reverse-engineer, resell, or copy software or database components.

7. Intellectual Property

10. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable EU law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Romania.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
